Crestar Art talents clinch 12 awards at 2 comics competitions

July 24, 2024

At Crestar Learning Centre (CLC), we believe that art competitions are a fantastic opportunity for our students to shine, gain recognition, and win amazing prizes! We always encourage our young artists to dive into these experiences to broaden their horizons and celebrate their successes.

We’re excited to share that in March and April of this year, our talented Art students participated in the 2024 “Magic Eyes” China (Hangzhou) International Children’s Comics Contest and the 6th Singapore International Original Comics Competition (SGIOCC). And guess what? They brought home a fantastic haul of awards!

At the 2024 Magic Eyes contest, CLC students won a total of 12 awards, including one bronze and 11 excellent awards! In the 6th Singapore International Original Comics Competition, our students earned three awards, including one silver and two achievement awards. Congratulations to all our young artists for their incredible achievements!

What are these two competitions about?
