Job Requirements

The Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Teacher is responsible but not limited to:

  • To conduct abacus and mental arithmetic classes (physical lesson and online lesson)
  • Supervise and motivate the learning of students
  • Proactively engage students and parents to communicate the progress of learning

Pre-requisites :

  • Degree/ Diploma in Mathematics or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in preschools/ public schools is an advantage
  • Strong commitment and passion for teaching
  • Able to relate to children from preschool to primary school level
  • Possess enthusiasm, a positive work attitude, and high energy
  • Able to work on weekdays afternoons and/or weekends
  • Able to travel to different locations in Singapore

Job Requirements

The Art Teacher is responsible but not limited to:

  • Conduct engaging Art classes that foster creativity, artistic skills, and self-expression among students.
  • Supervise and guide students throughout the learning process, ensuring a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Motivate and inspire students to explore different art techniques and develop confidence in their artistic abilities.
  • Proactively engage with students and parents to provide regular feedback on progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum goals and student learning levels.
  • Organize and support art-related activities and exhibitions, encouraging students to showcase their work.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification)
  • Prior experience teaching in preschools, art studios, or public schools is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Ministry of Education and school requirements, curriculum design, syllabus structure, examination formats, and the broader art industry
  • Passionate and committed to nurturing students’ artistic talents and guiding them to excel in local and international art competitions
  • Demonstrates strong academic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses enthusiasm, a positive work attitude, and high energy levels

Job Requirements

The Ballet Teacher is responsible but not limited to:

  • Plan and deliver structured ballet lessons aligned with school and HQ standards.
  • Prepare students for performances, examinations, and competitions.
  • Engage parents through showcases, meetings, and regular communication.
  • Choreograph and coordinate rehearsals, costumes, music, and props for performances.
  • Assist Operations staff with dance-related matters and curriculum implementation.

Pre-requisites

  • Minimally Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Intermediate Certificate of Achievement or Dance Diploma, or performing experience with a professional dance company
  • RAD or CSTD Teaching Certificate is considered an added advantage.
  • With teaching experiences preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively and establish good rapport with students and parents
  • Willing and able to teach student of all age groups, especially children that are 3 to 12 years old.
  • Able to choreograph dance items and prepare students for concerts

Job Requirements

The Chinese Speech and Drama Teacher is responsible but not limited to:

  • Lesson Delivery: Conduct Chinese speech and drama lessons for children aged 4–12, using drama activities to enhance their language expression, self-confidence, and teamwork skills.

Pre-Requisites

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, Drama, Performing Arts or other related disciplines.

  • Language Proficiency 语言能力:
    • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written), able to conduct lessons fully in Mandarin.

Pre-requisites

  • Possesses at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Expected to work shift hours and on weekends (3 weekdays and 2 weekends).

  • Conducting English and drama lessons for pre-school and primary school children.

Pre-requisites:

Job Requirements

The Student Care Teacher is responsible but not limited to:

  • Teaching and conducting all MI Buzz programmes
  • Providing academic support to P1 – P6 students in completion of homework
  • To jointly work with Centre Head to source and implement programs and organise projects and activities e.g. holiday workshops
  • Creating a safe and positive learning environment, embodying a growth mindset to guide and nurture students
  • Building rapport with students and updating parents on their child’s academic and personal progress
  • Monitoring student’s health and safety
  • Any other duties as assigned required by the Centre Head

Pre-requisites

  • Minimally Degree holder, preferably in the related fields of Education, Arts, Psychology, Social Sciences or Communications
  • Familiarity with the current school syllabus and experience in student care is an added advantage
  • Possess Diploma in Care and Programme or WSQ in SCC will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year teaching experience in a school or learning centre
  • Able to guide primary school subjects
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills to effectively engage all stakeholders
