  • At least a Diploma in English/ Drama or equivalent;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service / sales
  • Able to converse well in English & Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality & disposition Pro-active and well-organized individual
  • PC literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • 5 day rotating work week, including weekends
  • Able to work weekday evenings and weekends
  • Spin off and manage new product lines in the English department*, such as Speech and Drama, phonics and reading programs. This function will be fulfilled by partnering with Academic Head.
  • Develop corporate and branch operations manual and tools
  • Design a quality assurance system to ensure quality of educational programmes
  • Initiate and drive innovation projects cutting across all product lines to enhance programme features or spin-off to adjacent product lines
  • Conduct business audits and survey to check on quality of education programme, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness

* Product lines might be rotated seasonally.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum degree graduate
  • Strong advantage if have prior experience in product management and/or organizational development
  • Good if candidate has a strong passion in education
  • Added advantage if have knowledge and experience in education
  • Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good writing and communication skills in English
  • Dynamic, driven innovative and fast-learner
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Drives sales and prospecting activities for all centres
  • Design action plans at corporate and centre levels to drive enrolment
  • Lead and organize enrolment events
  • Monitor centre sales performance and design sales workplan
  • Develop enrolment tools and SOPs
  • Assess centres sales competency, to design and organise sales training
  • Plan and participate in open houses, roadshows and other events for enrolment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma graduate
  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Preferred if have prior experience in Enrichment or Education
  • Preferred if have experience in organizing events
  • Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good writing and communication skills in English
  • Dynamic, driven and keen-learner
  • Multi-tasking and time management
