Kindly note that candidates will only be asked to indicate their referrer if they are shortlisted for an interview. This will be done through the application form completed during the interview process.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility of Referrers
   • Open to all current staff of Crestar Education Group.
   • HR and hiring personnel directly involved in recruitment are not eligible for referral rewards.
2. Eligibility of Referred Teachers
   • The referred individual must not be a current or former teacher of Crestar Learning Centre or Crestar School of Dance within the past 24 months.
   • The referred teacher must be successfully hired and actively teach classes for a minimum of ten consecutive weeks.
3. Reward Disbursement
   • The referral reward will be credited after the referred teacher completes ten weeks of teaching and maintains the minimum number of hours committed at the point of hire.
   • Rewards are capped at $300 per referred teacher.
   • Each referred teacher can only be linked to one referrer, determined by the first valid referral received by HR.
4. Teaching Hours Calculation
   • Weekly teaching hours are calculated based on the average completed hours over the first ten weeks of teaching.
   • Changes in the teacher’s schedule after the initial ten weeks will not affect the reward amount.
5. Interview Process
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and are required to undergo our standard interview and screening process.
   • Successful applicants will then receive training and guidance from our Professional Heads before commencing their teaching duties.
6. Programme Validity
   • This referral programme is valid until further notice and may be revised or terminated at the discretion of the Enrichment Division of Crestar Education Group.
7. Dispute Resolution
   • In the event of disputes regarding eligibility or reward calculation, the decision of management of Crestar Education Group shall be final.
